At the very beginning of the new year of 2017, the newly designed VNL2506G CNC Vertical Cutting and Grinding Lathe passed acceptance test and accepted by the end user

   VNL2506G machine is a combined CNC lathe for turning and grinding process. Apart from the fact that It turns and grinds as well, it mills and threads with proper options. It processes work piece with diameter up to 2.5m and length 2m.

The grinding tool on the left side of VNL2506G makes disc, ring and cylinder shape work pieces by processing excircle, bore, end face and conical surface with grinding and cutting tools. It is an excellent choice for ball valve body and butterfly valves body which need grinding and turning at the same time. The machine lowers labor cost and increases financial efficiency; the turret on the right side of the machine should be installed with turning tools made of hard alloy and high speed for ferrous , nonferrous metals and non-metal products. It works ex-column and inner-column surface, ex-conical and inner conical surface, arc surface, threads of metrical and British standard and other rotary surfaces with complicated structure.

The optional functions available: magazine, automatic tool change, C axis, tool measure and work piece measure.
