Work skills’ competition in 2016

On Oct 10, 2016, more than 200 workers hold skills’ competition in NEWAY factory, the competed items include: scraping, crane, tapping, debug, forklift, painting and other skills. During the competition, some workers’ showed lots of innovative ideas to improve their efficiency, also the premise is to guarantee the machine’s quality. In the end, they not only achieved the excellent performance, but also shared to each other more experience, even though they are already very professional.
