To regulate sales quotes, cut down sales cost and enhance operation efficiency, NEWAY GROUP decides to practice CRM system in all Neway departments. CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is a computerized system software for sales analysis, marketing, customer service and application support. It is used for shorter sales cycle and cost, increase income, sourcing new market, and increase customers value, satisfactory, profit ability and loyalty. CRM is a commercial strategy for selecting and managing valuable customers and their relationship. CRM requires an enterprise culture of “godding customer” to support the effective marketing, sales and service process.
NEWAY GROUP started program developing on march 1 2012. Sales, service and accounting of all subsidiaries attended discussing customer care, project management, quotation, quotation verification, contract management and businessmen management. The attendants raised a great deal of suggestions based on their own requirements to the development of CRM project group. The whole development process lasts 5 months from blue print to function realization and test running. It is estimated that the program shall be on line by August 2012.
